As part of our global expansions, we seek qualified personnel for our new PT EPCOS factory in Batam in the following field:
1. Supplier Quality Engineer ( SQE )
Your functions:
• Supplier monitoring and development.
• Perform supplier audits
• Support the supplier in their improvement activities.
• Incoming material qualifications.
• Convey our quality and technical requirement to the supplier.
2. Molding Engineer
Your functions:
• Mould handling, repairing and services .
• Prepare daily and monthly maintenance report.
• Take corrective action at time of machine breakdown.
3. Quality Assurance Engineer / Assistant
Your functions:
• Handling customer claims & customer feed back.
• Quality improvement.
• Circulation & monitoring of the Product Release documentation.
• Reporting (monthly report ) & up date the documents.
• Internal audit & follow up the audit finding.
4. Manufacturing Engineer
Your functions:
• Designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling.
• Designs arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
5. Production Supervisor / Assistant
Your functions:
• Execute and co-ordinate hourly / daily / weekly / monthly production schedules.
• Control daily output, operator efficiency and machine utilization.
• Plan and co-ordinate daily allocation of manpower to achieve production target.
• Set & implement Standard Operating Procedure, Manufacturing Instruction in line with good Manufacturing Practice to facilitate supervision for product quality and process control.
Your profile:
• Male / Female, max 28 years old.
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
• Experience min 2 years ( 1,2,3 )
• Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply ( 4,5).
• Good knowledge in moulding machine, technical & hydraulic system (3).
• Good knowledge of quality tools (1).
• Good communication and reporting. Able to work independently.
• Must be proficient in English and computer literate.
