Secondary Process Manager
- Degree holder from technical
- At least 5 years in same position
- At least 5 years experience in management position
- Male, max 45 years old
- Able to work under pressure & irregular hour if necessary
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, can work independently
- Having knowledge of ISO 9000 & ISO 14000
- Capable to manage 500 manpowers
- HDD Manufacturing experiences
Die Casting Tooling Specialist
- More than 5 years experience in HDD aluminum die casting mold fabrication, mold Repairing and services.
- Strong hands-on experience in mold assy, repairing and service.
- Experience in EDM/Grinding / Milling & Turning
- Understand of die casting mold and hands-on experience in problem solving thru mold improvement.
- Good understanding of HDD mold – critical dimension, functions area.
QA Engineer
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Possess 3-5 years working experience as a QA Engineer, preferable in a HDD industry
- Ability to train and implement the ISO and preferable with 6 sigma black belt certification
- Ability to verify customer complaints, conduct investigation to close all customer failure analysis and corrective actions in expected time beside all other QA activities.
- Fluent in English and understand all PC applications (MS Office, Excel, E-mail, etc), preferable with QA software Minitab Application
QA Supervisor
- Min Diploma in Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering
- At least have 3 year working at quality control
- Have strong leadership, fluent in English and able work under pressure
- Ability to use measurement equipment such as as CMM/ Caliper/ Micrometer, etc
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawing
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2000
QA Technician
- Min Diploma in Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering
- At least have 2 year working at quality control
- Ability to use measurement equipment such as as CMM/ Caliper/ Micrometer, etc
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawing
- Fresh graduate also welcome
Machining Asst. Supervisor
- Diploma/ Degree in Technical/ Mechanical/ Chemistry or industrial Engineering
- Posses 2 years working experience in CNC
- Have a strong leadership and supervisory skill
- Ability to train and implement ISO 9001:2000
Machining Asst. Supervisor
- Diploma/ Degree in Technical/ Mechanical/ Chemistry or industrial Engineering
- Posses 2 years working experience in CNC
- Knowledge in G-Codes program
Planner
- Degre in Industrial Engineering or any equivalent degree qualification
- Must have strong personality and able to communicate in English
- Knowledgeable in production planning and other planning tools
- Must have least minimum 2 years experience in planner
- Must posses setrong analytical skill and able to work with number precision
- Can work independently or with team
- Knowledge in machining will be an added advantage for the applicant.
HSE Staff
- Male
- Minimum D3
- Hard Working & Discipline
- Can work at team & independently
- Able to work under pressure
- Have Certificate AK3
- Minimum 3 years experience as safety inspector
- Familiar with ISO 14000
All position must be able to work in shift, national public holiday and also on weekend if needed.
