1. Production Supervisor (PS)
2. Manufacturing Engineer (ME)
3. Process Engineer (PE)

Requirements:

• Female & Single, Degree from Engineering (PS)
• Male/Female with holding Diploma/Degree from Mechanical Engineering (ME,PE)
• Able to supervise, & motivate a group in line leaders & operators (PS)
• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply but relevant experience will be an advantage (ME,PE)
• Can speak English & operate windows application (PS,ME,PE)
• Understanding in Plastic Injection Molding technology & strong problem solving analisys is an additional advantage (ME,PE,PS)
• Understanding technical drawing is a must (ME,PE)
• Able to design simple jig & fixture, MTM & tooling machine (ME,PE)
• Able to use Auto Cad Program (ME,PE)

PROCESS ENGINEER

Requirement :

• Male, max 35 years old.
• Minimum Diploma III in Electronics
• Experience min 2 year in similar position Electronics Manufacturing Environment
• Responsible for Create product process work instruction, process flow, SMT loading  list, SOP, ECN. Define rework method, line support, analyze line issue & implement corrective action. Implement improvement to enhance quality  & productivity. Interact with Mfg functional groups for any related issue. Liaise to BD & materials group in HQ
• Familiar to use computer literate ( MS office, CAD/CAM,MRP )
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Knowledge on SPC, FMEA,ISO Certification
• Willing  to work hard, team work & under pressure.

PROCESS ENGINEER III (PE III)
Jobs & responsibilities

• To handle the process performance metrics such as Productivity Quality Procurement (PQP) saving, Scrap, Yield and process capability (Cpk) at one area.
• To review the effectiveness of present process control in order to have better process capability.
• Supervise some engineers to deliver and give support on each assigned PQP projects.
• To work with Quality Assurance in improving the product ppm level.
• Manage groups of PO and engineers team to fully comply with the requirements of routine process engineering activities.
• Coordinate with production, Maintenance, QA and other sections for outstanding concerns related to process activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics GPA> 2.5 with 3-5 years experience in manufacturing.
• Experienced on: PLC, Microprocessor-Controller, Hi Vacuum Rotary Equipment, Chemical Vapor Deposition are preferred.
• Good knowledge and skills in electronic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Hands-on in Statistical tool for manufacturing (SPC, DOE, Ho test, regression, FMEA, etc) and its implementation.
• Able to communicate and interact effectively

PROCESS ENGINEER I (PE I)
Jobs & Responsibilities

• To execute the process capability improvement program.
• To control, process performance metrics such as process capability (CpK), yield and scrap
• Perform defect failure analysis
• Develop Process Control System in order to have a robust process
• Develop Procedure and Work Instruction.
• Execute Productivity Quality Procurement (PQP) saving project in order to fulfill the department objective on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work together with production and Industrial Engineering to support productivity improvement.
• Work together with New Product Introduction to support new product introduction.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 2 years experiences as Process Engineer.
• Experienced in Chemical Vapor Deposition are preferred.
• Hands-on in Statistical Process Control, process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis and its implementation.
• Able to communicate and interact effectively
