General Requirements :

• Male & Female with Max 30 years old
• Minimum D-3 in Engineering or any subject (D,E)
• Degree in engineering (A,B), Degree in in Electro / arus lemah (C)
• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electro engineering (F,H)
• Diploma in Electro / arus lemah (G)
• Having minimum 2(two) years experiences in Electronics Manufacturing Environment/PCBA in the same field
• Fresh Graduated are also welcome (E,F,G)
• English literate is a must.

• Degre/Diploma, preferably with 1-2 years experience in similar Experience, those without same experience but with experiences (Such as production, planning, materials planning and purchasing) in  electronics manufacturing industry will also be considered.
• Result orientated, strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Proficient English & Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to ensure internal and external customers’ needs are met consistently.
• Able to lead Customer Focus Team for account/projects assigned.
• Able to laise, plan, coordinates and follow-up with internal functional departments, CFT members & customers on loading schedule, delivery, materials support, NPI, Engineering Change (EC) quality performances,costs.

• Must have least 5 years working experience in Moulding on the same position and able to Supervise & Motivate a group of Line Leaders & Operators (4)
